Booking & key Deposits 

Friendly Fires Cottage is available on a year round basis for weekly rentals only . 
 
A  booking deposit of $500.00 is required upon booking confirmation,  PLUS a refundable $500 key deposit must be paid prior to taking occupancy of the cottage at the beginning of your vacation. This can be done either through paypal, or an email transfer, or a cheque that we do not cash unless we need to. Should there be no reason to use it, it will be returned to you one week after departure. Please go to the terms and conditions on the instructions manual on the website.
